This is exciting opportunity for self-selected, small groups to work together through the coaching process.  The group can be made up of friends, family, co-workers, congregants, cooperatives or any brand of rebels that want to work together.  The participants may want to work on a single issue or each person focuses on their own agenda.  Both concepts work equally well.
