The Musolf Group provides both individual coaching and workshops in the area of "coach-relating communication skills". Managing and communicating from a coach-relating perspective will increase individual responsibility and will improve all areas of a department’s success. Supervisors will learn to become a resource for collaboration and resolution and not the source of all answers.
