Traditional Biography

Jo Anne Musolf formed the Musolf Group, Ltd, an executive coaching and business consulting company after 25 years experience transforming the companies she worked for. Jo Anne's positions as CEO, National Director of Franchise Operations and Vice President of National Sales have given her personal insight into the opportunities and challenges of business executives.

Jo Anne has international experience working with the Mexican and Australian markets.  She received acclaim for the "Best Managed Company" from Technical Assistance and Planning Auditors (TAPA), while she was President and CEO.

While these varied professional accomplishments created a wonderful resume, she realized she was not living her true vision.  Jo Anne reflected on her success and attributed it to an innate talent for eliciting the best actions of her employees.

Through coaching techniques that allowed her staff (and customers!) to think through problems and discover their own unique solutions she found an important key to success.  Helping others achieve their goals was a transformative business model for many of the companies she worked for as a top executive.  This was a road map to improved sales and an increased bottom-line and became Jo Anne's foundation for the Musolf Group, Ltd.
