Jo Anne uses her extensive business background to assist companies and individuals aspiring to make both personal and professional changes.

Throughout her professional and personal life, the Wisconsin native has shown an innate talent for eliciting the best actions from her employees by coaching them to think through and discover their own unique solutions. Her employees were empowered to become incredibly successful professional and personal individuals.

For seven years she was an International Sales Manager, responsible for developing the market and sales strategies for selling to Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S. and Mexico.

Jo Anne also received acclaim for the "Best Managed Company" from TAPA (Technical Assistance and Planning Auditors), while she was President and CEO of a multi-million dollar Wisconsin-based company that transitioned more than 10,000 clients a year to and from various industrial careers.

As National Director of Operations and Franchise Expansions, she organized and managed all U.S. franchise operations for an Australian-based swimming pool company that had a patented resurfacing product.

And very early in her career, Jo Anne was a mathematics instructor.

Jo Anne is currently a member of a number of associations including the International Coaching Federation, WISK (Women I Should Know), Women of Scottsdale, Arizona Women in International Trade, Arizona Governor's Mature Workforce Committee, Work-Life Balance Association, the Speakers’ Organization, as well as being involved in a wide range of civic organizations and volunteer projects.
